Professor Raj Gururajan
Dean
Professor Raj Gururajan is a senior academic executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the Australian higher education sector. A Professor of Information Systems and Fellow of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), he has held a range of senior roles including Associate Head of School (Research and Operations), Associate Dean (Research), and Deputy Chair of Academic Board. Throughout his career, Professor Gururajan has provided strategic oversight of large academic portfolios, leading workforce planning, budget management, accreditation processes, and quality assurance frameworks. He has managed schools comprising up to 120 academic staff and overseen substantial Higher Degree Research and coursework cohorts, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy, regulatory compliance, and performance targets. His leadership has strengthened academic governance structures, enhanced program review and approval processes, and supported sustainable growth in both teaching and research performance. Professor Gururajan has extensive experience working with Academic Boards, University Committees, and senior executive teams, contributing to institutional strategy, risk management, and policy reform. He has led strategic planning cycles, developed new programs, introduced performance improvement frameworks, and cultivated industry and international partnerships to enhance student outcomes and institutional reputation. As the Dean, Professor Gururajan brings strategic vision, operational discipline, and a collaborative leadership style. He is committed to building high-performing academic teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, strengthening student experience, and positioning ISGL for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Saradhi Motamarri
Adjunct Faculty
Dr Motamarri is a multi-faceted professional with a combination of education, skills and experience in Analytics, Academic Teaching, Research, AI, Project Management, Information Systems Design-to-Support, Data Centres Design 24x7x365 Operation, and Design Research. The combined experience spans over 38 years across several industries, Finance/Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Government, Transportation and Education. Dr Motamarri published research in reputed (A* and A) journals and presented at Class-A international conferences on qualitative and quantitative research in Services, Marketing, Information Systems, Big Data Analytics, Systems Design and Project Management. The doctoral thesis is on the roles of Empowerment/ Dynamic Capabilities, Big Data Analytics in Services Marketing and Organisational Performance.

San Murugesan
Adjunct Faculty
San Murugesan is the director of BRITE Professional Services, an adjunct professor at Western Sydney University, Australia, and former editor in chief for IEEE Computer Society's IT Professional and Intelligent Systems magazines. He is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium in the USA, a former Senior Research Fellow of the US National Research Council at NASA Ames Research Center in California, and a consultant, corporate trainer, researcher, academic, and author. Serving more than 40 years in industry and academia, Murugesan has led successfully several innovative IT projects, provided leadership in research and development, and offered consultancy to businesses. His expertise and interests span a range of areas and include AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things, green IT, IT applications, intelligent automation, IT for Emerging Regions, Healthcare IT, smart systems, and technology and society. Murugesan has developed and delivered multilevel certification and training programs on the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, and Green IT and gave several invited seminars and keynotes on a range of topics at professional meetings and conferences around the world. He co-edited popular Wiley-IEEE CS books Encyclopedia of Cloud Computing (Wiley-IEEE, 2016) and Harnessing Green IT: Principles and Practices (John Wiley, 2012), both of which were translated into Chinese, Web Engineering (Springer 2001) and edited Understanding and Implementing Green IT (IEEE Computer Society, 2011) and Handbook of Research on Web 2.0, 3.0, and X.0 (Information Science Reference, 2009). He has authored over 200 publications. He is a Distinguished Speaker of the ACM (2021-26) and a Distinguished Visitor of IEEE Computer Society since 1994. He is a member of The MIT Technology Review Global Panel. He is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society, IETE, and IICA, a Golden Core Member and Distinguished Contributor of the IEEE Computer Society, and a Life Member of IEEE. In recognition of his distinguished and valuable service, commitment to excellence, and significant wide-ranging contributions to the Computer Society, he was awarded the Computer Society's second-highest service award: the Distinguished Service Certificate.

Dinakar Bhotta
Adjunct Faculty
Mr. Dinakar Bhotta has over 15 years of Australian Tertiary Teaching experience. In addition to his full time industry role, he is currently working at SP Jain School of Global Management, Sydney, as adjunct faculty. He is also currently working as an Sr. Infrastructure Engineer for a not for profit Australian Royalties Management firm supporting AI/ML and other application infrastructure in a full time role. Mr. Dinakar Bhotta holds triple masters in IT, Project Management and Business.
